Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days
    We don’t mess around. You train hard—we deliver fast.

  • Standard shipping (within Australia): 3–7 business days

  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International orders: 7–14 business days, depending on region

Once your order hits the mat (aka, leaves our warehouse), you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow its every move.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic (AUS):

    • Free standard shipping

  • Express: Flat rate $14.95

  • International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Delivery Partners

We use trusted carriers like Australia Post, DHL, and FedEx, depending on your location. If they drop the ball, we’ll pick it up.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order shows up looking like it’s been through a five-rounder—or doesn’t show up at all—email us at support@teamresurge.com within 7 days of delivery confirmation. We'll investigate and make it right.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

We train for chaos. If you're buying a product on pre-order or backorder, shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders containing these items will ship together unless otherwise noted.

Incorrect Address?

Hit us up immediately at support@teamresurge.com. If your package is already in the wild, we’ll do our best to intercept it—but no promises if the address was entered wrong.
